How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Kid Mart will normally dispatch your order within one to three business days. The estimated delivery time frames are:

Kid Mart clients from VIC, approximately 4 – 7 working days;

Kid Mart clients from NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 5 – 9 working days;

Kid Mart clients from QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 14 working days.

How do I change my shipping address?

Contact Kid Mart prior to dispatch by email: sarah@kidmart.com.au to change delivery instructions. However if your order has been dispatched, please contact your carrier directly. This information will be available in your tracking details.

How do I track the status of my Kid Mart order?

Kid Mart will email you your carrier name and tracking number once dispatched. Please view the progress of your Kid Mart order using that link.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Do you ship to my country?

Kid Mart ships to Australian street addresses only.

Will my items come in one package?

Your order may be split into separate parcels for a number of reasons. Large orders, including kids furniture and large kids toys from Kid Mart will arrive in multiple boxes for ease of shipping. 

Your order may also be sourced from more than one warehouse, which will result in multiple packages.
