FAQs – Kid Mart Questions Answered

Do you offer a warranty on Kid Mart products?

Absolutely! Kid Mart offers a minimum of 12 months warranty on our toys, kids, furniture and décor.

What happens if my brand-new item arrives broken?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear your delivery is damaged. Please contact us directly here: sarah@kidmart.com.au and we’ll help you out.

Do you sell replacement parts for my toy?

Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement parts, but let us know what you need, and we’ll try to source the part for you. If you purchased the item from us in the past 12 months, we would replace the parts under warranty if they are broken or no longer work.

Where do I find the manual or assembly instructions for my new toy, or piece of kids furniture?

Many of Kid Mart toys arrive already built and require minimal assembly. However, some of our toys more significant in size or furniture for kids will require assembly as they are delivered flat-packed. Email us, and we will source additional instructions for you to help you set up your purchase from Kid Mart.

Do you allow pick up?

Kid Mart does not allow pick up for orders as we are an online-only store. Kid Mart will arrange dispatch quickly, and you will receive communication throughout the ordering process, so you can know when to expect any delivery to arrive.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Please read our Returns Policy for information on returning a purchase.

What payment methods can I use to shop with Kid Mart?

Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) – Via PayPal Express Checkout

To pay by Card, select pay by PayPal, then instead of logging into PayPal, select “Pay With A Card” at the bottom of the pop-up screen. You can then enter your card details and complete the order; you do not need a PayPal account to pay by Card.

Afterpay

Buy now and pay later with Afterpay at Kid Mart. Divide your purchase into four instalments, with the first settled at the time of sale and the balance fortnightly. The payments are interest-free, making it an excellent payment method for your budget.

Bank Deposit

Follow the instructions on your invoice, once you have placed your order to transfer funds to our NAB bank account. The BSB and account number for Kid Mart display on the order confirmation.

PayPal

When you select PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to continue your PayPal Express Checkout. Credit or Debit Card payments are available without using a PayPal account.

How do I cancel my order?

We get it. Sometimes your situation changes. We are happy to offer a return and refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We require written notice of your desire to cancel your order. Will Kid Mart confirm my order details?

Yes, Kid Mart will email confirmation immediately after your purchase.

Will Kid Mart let me know when my order is dispatched?

Yes, Kid Mart will send a dispatch confirmation email to the email address you have supplied. Within the email, you will also receive a tracking number and link to track your purchased item. If you’re still waiting for your parcel after ten days of placing your order, please email sarah@kidmart.com.au and include your order number and name.

What are Kid Mart’s delivery times like?

Estimated delivery time frames vary state to state, as a rough guide they are:

For customers in VIC, about 4 – 6 business days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, about 4 – 8 business days;

For customers in QLD, NT and TAS, about 8 – 14 business days.

Delivery time only starts after our warehouse sends your order. (usually, one to two business days after payment has cleared).

Kid Mart is unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not a service our delivery partners offer. It is not standard practice for the delivery driver to contact you before delivery.

When will my Kid Mart order be dispatched?

Most orders will dispatch one to two business days after full payment is received. It takes time, sometimes up to three business days for the payment to clear. We try hard to get your order to you nice and quick. 

Where can I find the delivery information?

Kid Mart will email the tracking information to you. Please give up to two business days for it to update with the carrier. Kid Mart has no control over delivery times but can provide a rough estimate of timing.

Is shipping free on my delivery?

Kid Mart offers free shipping to most of Australia on our extensive range of kids toys, kids furniture and kids decor products, on orders over $100. For orders below $100, there is a flat-rate fee of $10. For some bulkier items, there may be an additional delivery fee, refer to our delivery guide or contact us at sarah@kidmart.com.au for more information.

I live in a remote postcode, can you deliver to me?

If you require delivery to a postcode listed as ‘remote’ on our delivery guide page, please contact us at sarah@kidmart.com.au with the item you wish to purchase, your town and postcode, and we can arrange delivery. However, there may be a delivery fee to do so.
