Kid Mart Satisfaction Guarantee and our Warranty & Returns Policy

Kid Mart believes in the products we sell and furthermore, we know you’ll be over the moon with your purchase.  However, we want to ensure you stay a satisfied client even when you get a case of buyer’s remorse.  Please contact Kid Mart if you wish to arrange an exchange of store credit.  If you have had a change of heart and are not satisfied with the order within 30 days of original purchase, Kid Mart will very generously offer you trade or instore credit for the purchase price only (excluding shipping) with the proviso that:

  • We view the original Kid Mart invoice at the beginning of the return process
  • You pay the return shipping on the item you wish to return
  • The item is in a resalable condition which means that:
    • The kids’ product is in its original packaging, including instruction booklets and all accessories;
    • The kids’ product is not opened, is not used and is in its original condition

WARRANTY & RETURN  

A 12-month warranty is attached to all products at Kid Mart unless an alternative is outlined in the description. Some of our kids’ products will include an extended warranty to add to your ongoing confidence in Kid Mart products. If in doubt, please check with us regarding the warranty on any item.

Please contact us at Kid Mart www.kidmart.com.au (email sarah@kidmart.com.au) within 10 business days if your Kid Mart order arrives broken or defective. Please email us with the following details with regard to any warranty claim;

  1. A detailed description of the fault
  2. Photos of the fault and a brief video of fault if possible
  3. Kid Mart Order Number and date of purchase

Kid Mart client services will assess and on approval of the return, will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to arrange the return of the faulty item.  Following on from this, you will be contacted and the return, refund, repair or replacement will be progressed.  During this process, please do not try to send the item back to us without our approval.

The ultimate decision will be made by Kid Mart to repair, replace or refund the faulty item you received from us in accordance with the requirements as set out by the ACCC.

The refund usually takes up to three business days to progress from claim stage to refund stage. Kid Mart will notify you once the refund has been sent. However, please allow an additional five business days on top for your bank to accept it into your account.

Kid Mart will not refund, repair or replace an item if the products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed as such actions invalidate the warranty. This is because clients have a responsibility to follow the instructions and suggestions given by the creators.
